Catherine Weiskopf- Creative Director

“For as long as I can remember God has used my writing to heal me and encourage others,” says Catherine Weiskopf about her call to write. “I love hearing stories of how God has intervened in people’s lives. I have a passion for helping them pass on those encouraging, life-changing, God adventures.”

Catherine is an accomplished author who has published three books to help children learn math in a fun and non-threatening way: Lemon & Ice & Everything Nice, A Scholastic Hello Math Reader, Adventure in Mathopolis: Estimating and Measuring and Adventure in Mathopolis: Parting is Such Sweet Sorrow, Fractions and Decimals. Catherine has also written articles for both “Highlights for Children” and “Brio” (part of Focus on the Family). Through her articles, Catherine uses negative experiences from her past to bring light and healing to children with hurtful lives.

Within the last two years, God has grabbed the wheel and changed Catherine’s direction from math to Christian books and Bible studies. Recently, she finished “If I Only Had…Wrapping Yourself in God’s Protection During Storms of Insecurity,’ a project co-written with Lisa Burkhardt Worley, which will be published in late spring. Currently, Catherine is co-writing two Bible studies: The Un-Crowd: When God Calls You Out of the World to Do the Unpopular and Faith Marker Workshop: Tools to Help Non-Writers Record Their Faith Journey. She is thankful for her husband, Arthur, who has graciously  been supportive of his non-domestic writing wife for over 25 years.  She is also grateful for her two children; perfect, beautiful, and made in China.
