The same Holy Spirit who came to Mary and conceived the miracle within her is the same Spirit who can fill you, changing your life to the glory of God!
Christmas teaches us that the impossible can happen. What impossible situation are you in today? The same God who brought His Own Son into our world through a virgin birth has the same power for you – to change you into a vessel that holds His power by His Holy Spirit.
This same Spirit brought the dead to life! This same Spirit can do the same for you this Christmas and every day in the new year.
This is the true meaning of Christmas—Christ in us through His Spirit, the nearness of His presence so that we are never alone, never facing giants by ourselves, and finding joy when it looks impossible.
I pray that this Christmas you fall on your face before the Lord and seek forgiveness for your sins and then ask Jesus and the Holy Spirit to come into your life and overshadow you with His great love, joy, and peace.
You will never be the same again! As Colossians 1:27 says, “Christ in you, the hope of glory”!
