Like an unbroken horse, I don’t go easily.
I am fiercely loyal and do not like change, but when we are fully committed to the LORD, sometimes God shakes up the routine. He makes us move. He provides a new assignment.
How do you respond when the comfortable world you know turns upside down and you have to say adiós to your comfort zone? Do you trust God, or do you fight the change?
Generally, if we are submitted to Almighty God, rejecting His newly created path for your life can result in obstacles along the old path. What used to go well is now a problem. The favor disintegrates. We no longer bear fruit because the fertile soil is in the new place where the LORD is leading.
Have you experienced this?
When we receive repeat messages that there is a new God job ahead, instead of fighting it, we need to press into faith and pray that the LORD will show us how to both excel at our new position, and to rest in the fact that He is in charge, not ourselves. We work for God, not man.
It’s time to embrace the new calling God has for you. He will lovingly guide you into the unknown.
Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ
